    - Map: Played for one point in the tournament.
    - Match: Scheduled each round. There are anywhere between 3 and 5 maps per match.
    - Round: There is typically one round every week during the group stage, however this can sometimes be extended to 2 weeks if there is a disruption (i.e. game update, tournament clash, etc.) There are most likely 2 matches per round.
    - Stage: There are 3 different stages; Qualifiers, Groups, and then Playoffs.
    - Season: The collective of Qualifiers, Groups, and Playoffs, hence why there are 3 stages per season. So far we are on our first official season (having held Season 0 prior).

Q: How do I make playlists work in Beat Saber?
A: Download the PlaylistLoader plugin from BSMG

Q: Why do I need to stream?
A: It is necessary for the match coordinators to see both scores in real time and to make sure players can call for a tracking redo if needed.

Q: Do I have to play on the no fail modifier
A: Yes it is a requirement for the group stages, for qualifiers you do not need to

    - All matches must be streamed on Twitch
      - If you change your Twitch account name during the tournament, contact your region head ASAP.
    - Stream overlays must not be cluttered, and must not have any NSFW or mature content displayed, but minor customisation is allowed.
    - Your Twitch account must automatically save past streams.
      - To enable this, go to your twitch dashboard, then on the left drop-down menu select Preferences -> Channel, scroll down and enable “Store past broadcasts”.
    - All matches must be played in the Free Play mode (in-game, as opposed to Party mode) and with No-Fail turned ON.
      - Playing a map without No-Fail turned on will result in the map being forfeit.
    - Pausing is strictly disallowed.
      - To avoid accidentally pausing during a map, set your Pause Length to “Long” (In the In-Game settings, go to “Others”)
      - If a player pauses for any reason, they forfeit the map, ie. their opponent wins regardless who has the higher score when the map ends.
    - Players are allowed one tracking reset per match. Please inform your match coordinator when they ask if you require a tracking reset.
      - A tracking reset is only allowed if a loss of tracking causes you to miss at least one note. Tracking resets will not be given for any other reason including framerate issues.
      - If the coordinator believes you did not have a tracking error in the map, they may request a member of staff to verify this.
      - Any fraudulent tracking claims will result in a match forfeit and may result in further punishment, including expulsion from the tournament.
    - While playing, your score and accuracy must both be visible and readable by the match coordinator.
      - This means you must use either an additional camera+ camera pointed at the score or an overlay combined with the http status mod. However if you cannot do this for some reason, for example because it causes you to lag, then please try to ensure the stream is of decent quality.

  • Match Scheduling

    - All matches are schedulable from the 13th of April
    - All matches must be scheduled 48 hours before before the end of the given round for that match (I'll go into what constitues as scheduled below)
    - If neither player attemps to schedule at match then the match will result in a tie which results in -1 point to their overall score
    - If only one player attempts to schedule at match then they will take a 3-0 win over the other player
    - What constitutes as a scheduled match:
      - It is relatively simple to see if you match has been scheduled. If it has been succesfully scheduled you will see one of the following:
      - Awaiting Coordinator
      - Scheduled
      - If you see either of these are your match status, your job is done and now you wait till you play your match
      - If you do not see either of these are your match status, this means that your match is not scheduled and must be before the allocated time
    - There will be no exceptions for failing to schedule at match on time, it is your's and your oponents responsibiliy to schedule your match in time.

  • Prizes

    - All players in the top 8 of the playoffs will receive a badge on their scoresaber profile.
    - All players in the top 3 will receive a monetary prize (Based on a 4:2:1 split of the prize pool)
